Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in auto or truck service.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with dealership management software (DMS) is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for service customers and guide them through repairs.
• Greet customers, document issues, and prepare detailed repair estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians and manage service workflow for timely turnaround.
• Obtain authorization, explain charges, and process invoices.
• Maintain reception area and ensure customer satisfaction post-service.
