Job summary

TranSource Truck and Trailer Center is seeking a detail-oriented support professional for the Vehicle Sales Team in Raleigh. You will help manage daily sales processes, post invoices, and handle paperwork required for DMV, financing, and accounting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One-year college or technical certificate preferred.
• Associate's degree or equivalent may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Review OEM documents daily related to invoices, credits, and charges.
• Receive vehicle assets into DMS and ARCADIUM systems.
• Process POs for sublet items (fuel, detailing, drivers, etc.).
• Record and code truck invoices and other expenses; manage revenue postings.
• Prepare vehicle sales deal paperwork for accounting, finance, and DMV needs.
• Coordinate transportation and drivers; close and book truck deals per policy.
• Ensure post-deal coverage is processed and reported in required systems.
