Anderson Trucking Service is seeking a Sales Team Manager for our Raleigh, NC location. The role focuses on developing and supporting a sales team, setting strategies, and driving goals to expand revenue and client base.

You will mentor a sales team, guide prospect qualification, and work to convert inbound calls while pursuing new business through outbound contacts. A strong emphasis on pipeline development and performance management is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years previous transportation sales achievement experience with proven ability to close deals while maintaining quotas.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.

Responsabilités

• Lead the sales effort of a team to secure, build, maintain and manage customer relationships.
• Support qualification of new prospects via inside sales development.
• Guide inbound prospect conversion to sales.
• Outreach to customers via phone and email to pursue opportunities.
• Create a strong sales pipeline through lead gen and networking.
• Escalate and resolve issues affecting customers or deals.
• Develop cold calling skills and coach the team.
• Help the team reach revenue and profit goals.
