Job summary

Dobbs Truck Group is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Processing Specialist to own the truck sales workflow from order to delivery, ensuring compliant transactions and accurate reporting for management. You will liaison between sales representatives, customers, manufacturers, finance partners, and internal departments to keep deals moving efficiently.

In this role you will organize delivery paperwork, maintain master truck files, reconcile deal costs, and manage licensing across states, while

Qualifications

• 3+ years of office administration or related experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the truck sales process and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate and monitor all truck sales transactions from order placement to delivery.
• Relay production information between manufacturers and sales teams for timely updates.
• Use project management tools to ensure accuracy and timely completion of deals.
• Assist with manufacturer submissions and track credits, incentives, and reimbursements.
• Prepare vehicle purchase requests for management approval.
• Issue local purchase orders for new and used truck inventory.
