Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign incoming leads to reps/regions and keep stakeholders informed.
• Review backlogs and ensure timely completions and updates.
• Manage monthly forecast in Salesforce.com and report to Region Sales Manager.
• Coordinate pre-paints with build locations and monitor timelines.
• Review custom build quotes for accuracy before submission to customers.
• Coordinate with logistics to dispatch sold trucks and manage title paperwork.
• Assist in gathering customer information for invoicing and title completion.
• Support region sales team in RFQ responses and quote revisions.
• Ensure required company documentation is completed in Salesforce.com.
