Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a truck-gate security shift. The role involves supervising officers, coordinating with site leadership, and ensuring quality service delivery on the assigned shift.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, customer‑service orientation, and the ability to manage crises. A high school diploma (or equivalent) and relevant experience are required, with opportunity for career growth within Allied Universal.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driving position requires valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize technology at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Supervise staff on shift with coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards.
• Prepare written reports and logs for operations and client records.
