Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Site Supervisor for Truck Gate, a full-time role paying $22.84 per hour. The Site Supervisor oversees on-site security operations, staffing, training, and contract compliance to deliver reliable security services for the client.

The candidate should have strong supervisory experience, solid communication, and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to coordinate with team members and respond to client requests.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training).
• Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance.
• Perform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, incident reports, security surveys).
