Zusammenfassung

CCI Facility Support Services, LLC is seeking a Triple Hat Superintendent/Quality Control Manager/Site Safety & Health Officer for the GC East - Mid Atlantic Business Line. The role combines scheduling, quality control, safety management, and compliance across projects with a focus on managing subcontractors and coordinating with owners and project managers.

Strong federal experience and certifications are required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 10 years of construction experience and 5 years of federal experience (e.g. USACE, NAVFAC, USCG, GSA, NPS)
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive construction industry experience in supervising/managing general construction.
• OSHA 30hr, CPR and other necessary certifications to execute the work (e.g. scaffold competency, fall protections, etc.)
• USACE/NAVFAC CQM-C Certification
• EM385 1-1 40hr
• Experience with eCMS, Procore and RMS a plus
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF
• Must be able to obtain the appropriate clearance levels and pass background checks

Aufgaben

• Oversee overall quality and production and ensure conformance to contract documents.
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and budget project activities.
• Coordinate daily with the Project Manager and Owner as needed.
• Manage subcontractor, contractor, owner, inspector, AHJ field coordination.
• Attend pre-construction conferences, meetings, and three phase inspections.
• Lead weekly subcontractor coordination and Owner meetings.
• Review subcontractor scopes and ensure no extra work or delays.
• Monitor project schedule and provide monthly updates.
• Coordinate progress billing with subcontractors and Owner.
• Maintain safety programs, site safety orientations, and required trainings.
• Maintain OSHA Form 300 and daily production reports.
• Maintain hazardous chemical lists and safety data sheets.
• Ensure compliance with national/local building codes.
