Job summary

G.M. Hill Engineering, Inc. seeks a federal Superintendent (Triple Hat) to lead on-site field operations on federal construction projects. This role combines Superintendent, SSHO, and QAQC responsibilities with strong EM 385-1-1 knowledge.

Responsibilities include safety, quality, and cost control, leading subcontractors, and ensuring documentation using Procore and RMS/QCS. Requires 5–10+ years in federal construction and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Education and experience in federal construction management.
• 5–10+ years in construction management, safety, or quality on federal projects.
• Certifications: OSHA 30, USACE CQM-C, First Aid/CPR.
• Strong EM 385-1-1 and OSHA 29 CFR 1926.16 knowledge.
• Ability to read complex drawings (civil/structural/architectural/MEP).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities ensuring safety, quality, and schedule.
• Lead subcontractors and field teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Serve as SSHO, implement APP, conduct safety meetings.
• QAQC representative: inspections, submittals, compliance.
• Write daily reports using Procore and RMS/QCS; manage quality docs.
• Coordinate permits and jobsite logistics.
• Plan and manage schedules, manpower, materials, and punch lists.
