G.M. Hill Engineering, Inc. seeks a highly skilled Superintendent (Triple Hat) to lead on-site field operations on federal construction projects, combining Superintendent, SSHO, and QAQC roles for USACE projects. EM 385-1-1 standards expertise is required.

The candidate should have 5–10+ years in construction management, safety, or quality control on federal projects and hold OSHA 30, CQM-C, and First Aid/CPR certifications. Procore and RMS/QCS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 5–10+ years in construction management, safety, or quality control on federal projects ($1M–$5M+)
• Education: HS diploma with degree preferred; Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Engineering
• Certifications required or obtainable within 30 days: OSHA 30, USACE CQM-C, First Aid/CPR

Responsabilités

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Lead subcontractors and field teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Serve as the on-site SSHO, implementing the Accident Prevention Plan (APP) and conducting safety meetings.
• Act as the QAQC representative, conducting inspections and managing submittals.
