Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC is seeking a seasoned Superintendent/Quality Control Manager/Site Safety & Health Officer for the PNSY project in Kittery, ME. The role combines quality control, safety oversight, and site management for a major federal-contracted program.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Project Manager, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with contract documents and applicable codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of construction experience with 5 years of federal experience.
• OSHA 30hr, CPR, and other necessary certifications.
• CQM-C Certification and EM385 1-1 40hr.
• Experience with eCMS, Procore and RMS is a plus.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall quality and production of work and conformance to contract documents.
• Coordinate/communicate with the Project Manager daily and with Owner as necessary.
• Attend pre-construction conferences and weekly owner/ subcontractor meetings.
• Oversee safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
• Maintain daily records and assist with project scheduling and cost tracking.
