Job summary

CCI Facility Support Services, LLC is seeking a Triple Hat Superintendent/Quality Control Manager/Site Safety Officer for the PNSY project in Kittery, ME. The role combines scheduling, quality control, and safety/health oversight for a federal-style construction program.

You will coordinate with the Project Manager, Owner, and subcontractors, oversee safety compliance, track daily records, and ensure adherence to plans and codes. Salary ranges reflect senior, multi-discipline responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of construction experience and 5 years of federal experience.
• Experience supervising/managing general construction.
• Certifications as listed (OSHA 30hr, CQM-C, EM385 1-1 40hr).
• Familiarity with eCMS, Procore and RMS is a plus.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PDF.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall quality and production in accordance with contract documents.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Owner; manage meetings and schedules.
• Oversee safety programs and occupational health management on site.
• Manage deliveries, equipment and site safety compliance.
• Prepare and maintain daily records and safety submittals.
