Nemean Solutions, LLC seeks a dual-role Quality Control Manager and Site Safety & Health Officer (QCM/SSHO) to lead the integrated quality and safety program on federal construction projects. You will develop and administer the QCP and APP, ensure compliance with PWS, USACE EM 385-1-1, OSHA, and contract requirements, and coordinate with Government representatives and subcontractors.

This role requires five years in construction safety or quality, CQM certification, OSHA 30, and proven

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of construction or general industry safety experience or managing safety programs.
• USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors course (or ability to obtain)
• OSHA 30-hour general industry or construction safety training
• Eight hours of continuing education per year
• Active First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and contract requirements
• Microsoft Office proficiency and recordkeeping systems

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, administer, and maintain the Quality Control Plan (QCP) and Accident Prevention Plan (APP) per contract.
• Ensure services, materials, workmanship, and work practices comply with PWS, plans, specifications, and regulations.
• Establish and maintain quality control procedures, inspection and surveillance processes, hazard controls, and documentation systems.
• Maintain APP and quality plans throughout project performance.
• Plan and manage all phases of the Quality Control Plan and conduct inspections and surveillance.
• Coordinate required quality inspections with Government representatives.
• Facilitate Customer Satisfaction Surveys and track responses.
• Prepare monthly quality control reporting and executive level reports.
• Administer the APP within contractual timeframes per USACE EM 385-1-1.
• Develop and lead staff safety training; maintain certifications.
