Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber Foreperson to lead daily crew operations, coordinate field work, and ensure safety compliance on job sites. The role involves training crew members, managing schedules, and communicating with property owners during assignments.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety practices, obtaining access approvals, and maintaining accurate records while delivering quality work and maintaining strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must understand drawings and symbols representing lines and voltages.
• Ability to multi-task and organize work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders.
• Conducts field training and instructs crew on new units.
• Enforces safe work practices and conducts safety training.
• Discusses access and work scope with property owners and refers issues to supervisor.
• Obtains permissions from property owners to perform work.
• Maintains customer relations through professional crew conduct and completed work.
• Keeps reports of orders, crew time, and equipment usage.
• Sets up and maintains safe work areas and traffic controls.
• Inspects and maintains tools, trucks, and equipment.
