Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber Crew Foreperson to lead daily field operations, coordinate crew tasks, and ensure safety compliance. The role involves training crew members, communicating with property owners, and managing job-site issues to meet deadlines.

You will supervise field crews, enforce job safety protocols, and maintain detailed records while coordinating with management on staffing needs and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Ability to read drawings and symbols representing lines/equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders are received.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new jobs.
• Enforces safety practices per OSHA and company policies and conducts safety training.
• Coordinates with property owners/customers to obtain access and resolve issues.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports of crew performance.
