Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Trimmer/Climber Foreperson to supervise daily tree-trimming operations and mentor crew members. You will coordinate tasks, enforce safety standards, and liaise with property owners to secure access and permissions for work. Responsible for training and performance reporting on routine jobs.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to multi-task in field conditions, with a focus on customer relations and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Understanding of drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Possess organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Able to work with hands above head for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders from a General Foreperson/Supervisor.
• Conducts field training/retraining for crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policies; conducts safety training.
• Obtains permissions from property owners to perform work.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports of crew performance.
