Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber Foreperson to guide daily crew operations and enforce safety on the job site. You will coordinate tasks after supervisor input, train crew members, and ensure compliance with company policy and OSHA standards.

You will maintain records, manage customer relations, and oversee vehicle maintenance while following union wage scales. This full-time role requires strong leadership and field experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and stay organized.
• Capable of driving a company vehicle and adhering to safety rules.
• Union dues payment is required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders.
• Conducts field training, instructing crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per policy and OSHA standards.
• Obtains permission from property owners to perform required work.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and crew performance reports.
• Maintains good customer relations and safeguards the public.
• Furnishes reports on orders completed and crew time.
• Performs DOT maintenance and inspections on required vehicles.
