Qualifications

• Must understand drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and multi-tasking.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to safely drive an approved company vehicle.
• Must be comfortable with heights and able to perform physical tasks.
• Willing to travel for storm work.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders from management.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new or revised tasks.
• Enforces safe work practices per policy and OSHA guidelines; conducts safety training.
• Obtains access permissions from property owners for required work.
• Maintains reports, timesheets, and crew performance records.
• Furnishes management with reports on orders, crew time, and incidents.
