Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must be capable of adjusting to field requirements and taking independent action without close supervision.
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle.
• Must have no fear of heights.
• Understanding of drawings and symbols representing lines and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew.
• Conducts field training and instructs the crew on job units.
• Enforces safe work practices and conducts safety training.
• Discusses issues with property owners regarding work to be done.
• Maintains accurate records and reports related to crew performance.
