Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson with a CDL to lead daily crew operations in the field. You will coordinate with management, train crew members, enforce safety protocols, and ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to communicate with property owners, and the capacity to manage field crews under OSHA guidelines. This is a full-time, hourly position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires understanding of drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently in field conditions.
• Valid CDL is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily work for the crew after orders from a supervisor.
• Conduct field training and retraining for crew on new or revised tasks.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA specifications.
• Conduct safety training as per company policies.
• Obtain access permissions and discuss work with property owners/customers.
