The candidate will lead in a hands-on environment, enforce OSHA standards, and maintain records and reports while managing costs and equipment usage. A strong focus on safety and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Understanding drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Able to multitask and adapt to field requirements.
• CDL and safe driving ability required.
• Weight/height considerations apply in field tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew.
• Promotes safety culture and adheres to OSHA standards.
• Conducts safety training per company policy.
• Obtains permissions from property owners for work.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and crew reports.
• Controls crew costs and equipment use.
• Furnishes reports on orders completed and incidents.
