Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Tree Care Service Business Developer to lead the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, working with operations, finance, marketing, and proposal teams to meet sales targets.

The role requires 3–5 years of mid-to-senior level B2B selling experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and proficiency with MS Office; CRM/SFA familiarity is a plus. The position is field-based with hybrid office interaction and extensive travel.

Qualifications

• Extensive face-to-face (B2B) selling experience at mid-to-senior levels, 3–5 years.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with a CRM or SFA tool is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services work in regional territories.
• Prospect using consultative sales techniques to build relationships and pricing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop Tree Care programs and estimates for clients.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with minimum supervision.
• Log activity in Salesforce and drive larger sales opportunities.
