Job summary

BrightView Landscapes seeks a Tree Care Service Business Developer to manage the pipeline from prospecting to closing in regional territories. This role collaborates with operations, finance, marketing, and proposal administration to meet sales targets and develop competitive proposals.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of face-to-face B2B selling experience, excellent presentation and communication skills, and the motivation to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• TCIA or Certified Arborist certification.
• 3-5 years of extensive face-to-face (B2B) selling experience.
• Experience in the service industry with commercial contract sales desirable.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM/SFA tools.

Responsibilities

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services in regional territories.
• Prospect using consultative sales techniques to build relationships.
• Develop Tree Care programs and estimates with Account Managers.
• Lead heavy phone prospecting, sales presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Log activity in Salesforce and collaborate to drive larger opportunities.
• Build trust-based relationships with key decision makers.
• Plan daily activity benchmarks and close business.
