Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• ISA Certification Required.
• TCIA or Certified Arborist certification.
• Extensive face-to-face (B2B) selling experience at mid-to-senior levels, 3-5 years.
• Experience in the service industry with commercial contract sales desirable.
• Experience managing multiple projects across a large territory.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• CRM or SFA tool experience beneficial.
• Proven track record of sales goal attainment in a longer selling cycle.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services in regional territories.
• Prospect using consultative sales techniques to build relationships, marketing, and pricing.
• Develop Tree Care programs and estimates for existing clients with account managers.
• Conduct heavy phone prospecting, sales presentations, and web demonstrations; handle negotiations with supervision.
• Network to expand new tree care services accounts in targeted areas.
• Meet sales goals and work independently.
• Log activity in Salesforce consistently.
• Collaborate with internal resources to drive larger sales opportunities.
• Build trust-based relationships with key decision makers.
