Zusammenfassung

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a proactive Tree Care Services Business Developer to manage the pipeline from prospecting to closing. You will collaborate with operations, finance, marketing, and proposal administration to respond to bids and meet sales targets.

In this field-based role, you will travel regionally, prospect new accounts, present solutions, and negotiate contracts while logging activities in Salesforce. A Bachelor’s degree and TCIA/Arborist certs are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive B2B selling experience (3–5 years) in a service industry.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals in a longer selling cycle.
• Excellent oral and written communication to build client-centric proposals.

Aufgaben

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services in regional territories.
• Prospect using consultative sales techniques to build relationships and pricing.
• Develop Tree Care programs and estimates for existing clients.
• Lead heavy phone prospecting, sales presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Network to increase accounts in assigned territories.
• Log activity in Salesforce and collaborate with internal resources to drive larger sales.
• Build trusted relationships with key decision makers and plan daily activity.
