Job summary

Addison Group in Dallas is seeking a Tree Care Business Developer to drive the sales pipeline for tree care services in regional territories. You will prospect, present, and close contracts, collaborating with operations, finance, marketing, and proposal teams to meet targets.

This role requires 3–5 years of face-to-face B2B selling, a Bachelor’s or equivalent, plus TCIA or Arborist certifications; strong communication, multitasking in a large territory, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Tree Care Industry certifications (TCIA or Certified Arborist).
• Extensive 3–5 years of face-to-face (B2B) selling experience at mid-to-senior levels.
• Experience in the service industry with commercial contract sales desirable.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM/SFA tools.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to multi-task in a large territory.
• Local knowledge/contacts in one or more market segments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services work in regional territories.
• Prospect using consultative techniques to build relationships and pricing.
• Develop Tree Care programs and estimates for existing clients.
• Conduct heavy phone prospecting, presentations, and web demos; negotiate contracts.
• Network to expand new Tree Care services accounts in assigned segments.
• Achieve sales goals and work independently.
• Log activity in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive larger opportunities.
