Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in Renton, WA seeks a Tree Care Service (TCS) Business Developer to manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing. You will collaborate with operations, finance, marketing, and proposal teams to respond to bids and meet sales targets.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of extended B2B selling, strong presentation skills, and TCIA or Arborist certifications. The role requires travel and a proactive, self-starting attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3–5 years of extensive B2B selling in a field service environment.
• TCIA or Certified Arborist certification preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects across large territories.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM/SFA tools.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services in regional territories.
• Prospect using consultative sales to build relationships and pricing.
• Develop Tree Care programs with operations, marketing, and finance.
• Lead presentations, web demos, and contract negotiations with minimal supervision.
• Log activities in Salesforce and collaborate to grow opportunities.
• Travel as needed to meet clients and close deals.
