Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Tree Care Service Business Developer in Indianapolis to manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing. The role collaborates with operations, finance, marketing, and proposal teams to meet sales targets and deliver value-based proposals.

The candidate will perform heavy prospecting, sales presentations, and contract negotiations, while maintaining Salesforce records and traveling in regional territories to grow accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• TCIA or Certified Arborist certification.
• 3–5 years of extensive face-to-face B2B selling experience.
• Experience in commercial contract sales is desirable.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• CRM/SFA experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services work in regional territories.
• Prospect using consultative techniques to build relationships and pricing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop programs and estimates for existing clients.
• Lead heavy prospecting, presentations, and contract negotiations with minimal supervision.
• Travel and network to win new tree care service accounts.
