Vibrant Smile Dentistry in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Treatment Coordinator with real experience to join our fast-paced, growth-oriented team. You will greet patients, explain treatment plans in plain English, review options, insurance, and financing, and keep the schedule moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of front office or treatment coordination experience, an approachable, confident manner, and a drive to grow with a practice that values people and results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in dental front office or treatment coordination.
• Strong communication and patient-relations skills.
• Ability to explain complex plans in simple terms.

Vibrant Smile Dentistry is a fast-paced, growing practice looking for a Treatment Coordinator with real experience who’s ready for more: more responsibility, more impact, more room to grow.

What you’ll do

• Be the friendly face patients remember. You’ll connect with them from the first conversation.
• Explain treatment plans in plain English, so patients understand the why and feel good saying yes
• Walk patients through options, insurance, and financing without the confusion
• Work hand in hand with the doctor and team to keep the schedule full and patients moving forward

You’re a great fit if you

• Have dental treatment coordination or front office experience (2+ years)
• Are warm, genuine, and a natural at putting people at ease
• Can explain complicated things simply, and love doing it
• Thrive when the day moves fast
• Want a practice that invests in people who want to grow
• Have Implant, Invisalign/Candid, Oral Surgery Experience
