Job summary

High End Hiring seeks an energetic Treatment Coordinator for a growing dental practice. You will connect with patients, educate them about treatment options, and help them confidently move forward with their care.

The ideal candidate builds trust quickly, presents plans clearly, and coordinates with dentists and front-desk staff. Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus. 40 hours per week with some weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with patients, educating them about treatment options, and helping them confidently move forward with their care.

This role is ideal for someone with a warm, charismatic personality who excels at building trust, overcoming objections, and presenting treatment plans in a way that helps patients understand the value of their oral health. Strong communication skills, confidence, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences are essential.

$28 - $38 per hour plus monthly bonuses plus benefits

Office Hours:

Mon - Thu 9:00 - 5:00

Fri 9:00 - 3:00

Sat 8:00 - 2:00

40 hours per week; 1-2 Saturdays per month and when you work a Saturday you will have another day off during the week.

• 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator in a private practice.
• Fluent in English required; conversational to fluent Spanish is a plus.
• Experience explaining complex treatment plans to patients clearly and empathetically.
• Experience presenting payment options to patients and arranging patient financing.
• Experience with a dental EMR system.
• Experience with insurance verification is preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred.
• Team player with experience coordinating with dentists, hygienists, and front-desk staff.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
