Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Treatment Coordinator with at least 2 years of dental experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face guiding patients through their treatment plans, helping them understand their options, and ensuring a seamless financial process. What You’ll Do:

• Greet patients warmly and make them feel at ease during their visit.
• Present treatment plans clearly and professionally, ensuring patients understand their options and feel confident about their care.
• Discuss financial arrangements, including insurance benefits and payment options.
• Track and follow up on outstanding treatment cases to maximize patient care and case acceptance.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in our practice management system.
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to provide a smooth patient experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental practice, preferably in treatment coordination or a similar role.
