OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC in New Jersey seeks full-time Consultant Coordinators to educate patients about Spravato and TMS, manage the patient journey from consultation to first treatment session, and determine insurance-based out-of-pocket costs. On-site role with flexible hours to meet patient needs.

Responsibilities include consultations (in-person/Zoom/phone), documenting and updating CRM, and coordinating with clinicians to place patients into treatment across the state.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health and sales.
• Experience working with computers, software, and CRMs.
• Familiarity with insurance policies and patient billing.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients during a free consultation via in-person, Zoom, or phone.
• Explain insurance benefits and assess out-of-pocket costs.
• Maintain clear communication from consultation to treatment start.
• Complete required documentation and status updates in the system.
• Troubleshoot obstacles to starting treatment and collect insurance docs.
• Collaborate with clinicians to place patients into treatment statewide.
