Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills to develop new business.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management, and pricing philosophy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, COIs and external consultants.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues with benchmarking and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists.
• Raise new solution ideas and represent client perspective in product development of complex solutions.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at events and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor profitability.
