Job summary

Ripple Treasury seeks a Professional Services Consultant to bridge cutting-edge technology with client treasury goals. You will lead discovery, architect configurations, and guide clients through best practices to modernize processes.

You will implement and configure the platform, train users, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape the roadmap while ensuring ROI and client success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS.
• Consultative approach: ask 'why', challenge the status quo, and lead clients toward better outcomes.
• Technical proficiency navigating complex software ecosystems and data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs.
• Communication skills translating 'tech-speak' into CFO-speak, making complex concepts accessible.
• Treasury domain expertise: cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting.
• Financial fluency: experience with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, and/or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Discovery & Strategy: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements
• Solution Architecture: Design and document the 'To-Be' state, determining the optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury’s suite to meet specific client goals
• Trusted Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through treasury best practices and helping them modernize legacy processes
• Implementation & Configuration: Take a hands-on approach to configuring the platform, ensuring the technical setup aligns with the strategic vision
• Enablement & Training: Facilitate high-impact training sessions that empower users and ensure the client realizes the maximum ROI from our solutions
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to provide client feedback and influence the product roadmap
