Job summary

Paycom in Grand Haven, MI is seeking a Treasury Services Specialist to deliver world-class support for Treasury Services and e-commerce products to banking customers. You will be the primary contact for questions and troubleshooting, owning calls with a first-call resolution mindset and maintaining strong product knowledge.

The role requires a high school diploma, preferred bachelor’s in a business-related field, and Treasury Banking experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Treasury Services or Retail Banking experience is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls quickly and escalate issues as needed.
Take ownership of calls and aim for first-call resolution (85%).
Process service requests from Treasury Help email, including setups and maintenance.
Be expert in Treasury Services products: ACH Origination, Online Wires, Bill Pay, Positive Pay, and more.
Schedule and conduct product training sessions with customers virtually or on-site.
Assist in audits and gather information for reporting and dashboards.
Prepare monthly Treasury Services statistics dashboard for Senior Management.
Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act and report concerns.
