Job summary

Merchants Bank in Winona is seeking an individual to join our Treasury Management Support department. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to business customers using Treasury Management products during enrollment, setup, maintenance, and to answer questions.

You will monitor feedback, prepare reports, coordinate annual mailings, and serve as a resource for creating policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking systems, products and services.
• Ability to learn multiple systems and be strong in all Treasury Management areas.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication.
• Analytical, organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Proficient knowledge of personal computers and Treasury Management technology.
• Strong planning ability, attention to details and ability to work self-directed.
• Ability to work on various duties with interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to management.
• Conduct research for Treasury Management issues as needed.
• Frequent contact with vendors for Treasury Management products and assist with system enhancements.
• Attend meetings and assist in conversions and upgrades.
• Assist with software selection and due diligence for Treasury Management products.
• Serve as the business owner for Treasury Management software products.
• Prepare requested reports for management or consultant team.
• Maintain master customer agreements and updates.
• Coordinate audits and respond to audit findings in the Treasury Management area.
