Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Treasury Services Specialist in Fenton, MI to be the primary contact for Treasury Services questions and troubleshooting for our banking customers. You will manage service requests, administer Treasury products, and schedule training sessions, while supporting audits and reporting to senior management.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and customer service skills, with preferred background in Treasury Services or retail banking and a 4-year degree.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field preferred.
• Treasury Services or Retail Banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Treasury Services questions and troubleshooting.
• Handle incoming service requests from Treasury Help emails and portals.
• Administer Treasury Services products: ACH Origination, Online Wires, Bill Pay, Positive Pay, Business Remote Deposit Capture.
• Schedule training sessions with Treasury customers virtually or on-site.
• Support internal audits and prepare monthly Treasury Services statistics dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act requirements.
