JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Treasury Sales Group Manager in Commercial Banking to lead and develop Treasury Management Officers and drive client-focused solutions.

The role partners with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership and Implementation to execute market-specific treasury strategies. The ideal candidate brings extensive sales leadership experience, deep treasury product knowledge, and a proven ability to coach and inspire teams while managing risk and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales and industry experience.
• 3+ years of sales leadership experience leading a team of parallel size and scope.
• Knowledge of treasury products and solutions.
• Excellent client management skills.
• Ability to communicate and present to large groups.
• Demonstrated sales coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and manage a team of Treasury sales professionals to achieve positive performance results.
• Lead with direction and coordination, building successful relationships.
• Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, recognition and feedback.
• Build collaborative internal relationships with Regional Treasury Sales Team, bankers and other internal partners.
• Participate in partner meetings and communicate key Treasury Management messages in a timely and accurate manner.
• Protect the firm by applying sound risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement client, market, people, and business strategies.
