JPMorganChase in the United States is seeking a Treasury Sales Group Manager within Commercial Banking to lead and develop Treasury Management Officers, Associates and Analysts, delivering an exceptional client experience while guiding risk management.

You will partner with bankers, client service, product leadership and implementation teams to develop and execute market-specific treasury strategies and expand product adoption across the market.

Competenze

• 7+ years of sales and industry experience.
• 3+ years of sales leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build, direct and manage a sales/relationship management team of parallel size and scope.
• Knowledge of treasury products and solutions.
• Highly motivated, independent worker within a team-oriented culture.
• Excellent client management skills.
• Ability to communicate and present to large groups.
• Demonstrated sales coaching abilities including successful sales and marketing skills.
