Job summary

JPMorganChase in Chicago seeks a Treasury Sales Support Associate Manager to lead onboarding initiatives and improve client experience within the Commercial Bank Payment Sales team. You will partner with Sales, Implementations, and Treasury segments to deploy new strategies, drive faster SLAs, and enhance controls while guiding the organization through change in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College degree required; 10+ years in Treasury Management sales, service or onboarding preferred.
• Strong relationships across organization with Sales and Implementation partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under deadlines with urgency.
• Proven change agent with ability to drive process improvements and SLA acceleration.
• Excellent communication to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior management experience and Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree noted.

Responsibilities

• Coach the team to submit high-quality onboarding requests quickly.
• Build partnerships with Sales and Implementation to accelerate onboarding, billing & pricing.
• Act as a change agent, championing new ways of working and driving cultural change.
• Drive faster SLAs by streamlining workflows and removing bottlenecks.
• Enhance control by ensuring sales procedures are followed and identify gaps.
• Maintain internal partner relationships to improve submission processes for products or pricing.
• Analyze reporting and prepare materials for senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SMEs and partners to prioritize system enhancements to policies and procedures.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to measure team goals and implement continuous improvement culture.
• Manage team workload via queue management and capacity assessment.
