Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, pricing, and risk processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while expanding existing relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client issues and benchmarking to position solutions.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews and engage product specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas with internal product teams to reflect client needs.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at events and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk and profitability of the client portfolio.
