Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Treasury Sales Support Associate Manager in the Commercial Bank Payment Sales team to lead onboarding initiatives, improve client experience, and implement new business models.

You will partner with Sales, Implementations, and Treasury Sales leadership to drive faster SLAs and ensure robust controls while guiding a team through change in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in Treasury Management sales, service or onboarding.
• Strong partnerships with Sales and Implementation partners.
• Proven change agent with process improvements that accelerate SLAs.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coach the team to quickly submit high quality onboarding requests.
• Partner with Sales, Implementations and Product to accelerate onboarding, billing & pricing.
• Act as a change agent—driving new ways of working across teams.
• Drive faster SLAs by streamlining workflows and removing bottlenecks.
• Ensure control environment; update sales procedures and identify gaps.
• Build internal partner relationships to improve submission processes.
• Analyze reporting and prepare presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate on prioritizing system enhancements and policy changes.
• Establish KPIs and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage team workload with proactive queue management.
