Job summary

JP Morgan Chase in Chicago is seeking a Treasury Sales Associate to help drive new sales targets and manage client relationships within Commercial Banking. The role supports portfolio growth and a three-year development plan toward more senior Treasury Solutions roles.

You will collaborate with the Treasury Management Officer and product partners to deliver tailored cash management solutions, pricing, and implementation support for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Three+ years of banking and treasury experience.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior verbal and written communication; able to mobilize internal networks and resources.
• Ability to understand Treasury Solutions products, pricing philosophy, and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Treasury Management Officer (TMO) on client proposals to identify Treasury solutions, perform cost-benefit analysis, pricing, and profitability modeling.
• Assist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, and conducting customer research.
• Develop understanding of clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectives.
• Coordinate with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutions.
• Develop and understand competitors’ products and positioning within the client and market.
• Work with the TMOs to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up and accurate pricing and billing.
