Job summary

JPMorganChase in Chicago seeks a Treasury Sales Support Associate Manager to lead a team within the Commercial Bank Payment Sales group. You'll implement a new operating model, support onboarding through the Center of Excellence, and partner with Sales, Implementations, and Treasury Sales leaders to accelerate onboarding, billing, and pricing changes.

You will drive rapid SLAs, improve controls, and deploy strategy in a fast-paced environment, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Treasury Management sales, service or onboarding.
• Ability to foster relationships across Sales and Implementation partners.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Prior management experience.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create an enhanced client experience by coaching the team to quickly submit high quality requests.
• Build and sustain partnerships with Sales and Implementation to accelerate onboarding, billing & pricing, and resolve issues quickly.
• Act as a change agent, championing new ways of working and driving adoption across teams.
• Drive faster SLAs by streamlining workflows and instilling urgency.
• Enhance the control environment by ensuring sales procedures are followed and identifying gaps.
• Build and maintain internal partner relationships to improve submission processes for products or billing & pricing.
• Analyze reporting and prepare materials for senior management and stakeholders.
• Prioritize and drive system enhancements or changes to policies and procedures with business partners.
• Collaborate on KPIs and reporting to measure goals and foster continuous improvement culture.
• Manage team's workload via active queue management and capacity awareness.
