Job summary

FFB Bank seeks a Treasury Relationship Manager II-III to develop and expand commercial banking relationships within designated markets. You will source new business, deliver tailored treasury and deposit solutions, and deepen existing client relationships to meet sales goals.

Depending on experience, you may focus on treasury relationships, complex portfolios, or strategic advisory for sophisticated clients. This role offers performance-based incentives in addition to base pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3–10 years banking, business development, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Generates new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients to drive long-term business.
• Uses CRM systems to track interactions and manage pipeline activity.
• Demonstrates knowledge of prequalification, pricing, and proposal strategies.
• Maximizes opportunities in closing deals to increase market share.
• Positively represents bank products and services to clients.
