Job summary

FFB Bank is seeking a Treasury Relationship Manager II-III to develop, manage, and expand commercial banking relationships across designated markets. You will source new business, deliver tailored treasury and deposit solutions, and deepen client relationships to achieve sales goals.

The role supports market development, cross-selling, and bank-wide treasury strategy. Depending on level, you may focus on complex treasury portfolios or serve as a strategic advisor for sophisticated clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3–10 years of related experience in banking, business development, or a relevant industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
• Demonstrated ability to cross-sell and explain all products and services with confidence and authority.
• Knowledge of commercial banking products and services and regulatory requirements.
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle may be required for travel.

Responsibilities

• Generates new leads and sources business through calls, emails, networking, and meetings.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive long-term business.
• Uses CRM systems to track interactions, update records, and manage pipeline activity.
• Positively represents the bank and explains treasury solutions with confidence and authority.
• Contributes to market development strategy and identifies growth opportunities.
• Mentors junior Relationship Managers and shares best practices.
