Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required; relevant field preferred (Business, Finance, or related).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and client relationship skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.

Responsibilities

• Generates new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive long-term business.
• Uses CRM systems to track interactions, update customer records, and manage pipeline activity.
• Manages a portfolio of small to mid-sized business clients, identifying opportunities to grow deposits and TM product usage.
• Engages clients in consultative discussions to assess needs and recommend complex Treasury Management solutions.
