Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Treasury Relationship Manager to provide Treasury Management sales support to Commercial, Retail and other areas of the Bank while managing commercial, municipal, and Not-For-Profit relationships with non-credit needs.

The role emphasizes developing information for needs, preparing proposals, collaborating with Commercial Relationship Managers, and conducting periodic Treasury Reviews to optimize the Bank's treasury products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in financial services or banking.
• Must have prior sales experience with commercial and/or retail banking products.
• Knowledge of treasury management products and solutions.
• CTP accreditation preferred; or willingness to obtain it.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent listening ability and sales presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within the bank's footprint.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Sells treasury management needs to customers, primarily Commercial and Retail.
• Meets with customers to assess deposit, financial, operational, and business needs.
• Prepares in-depth proposals to demonstrate the Bank's capability.
• Identifies opportunities to deliver treasury products and services and makes referrals.
• Collaborates with Commercial Relationship Managers to onboard and retain clients.
• Monitors portfolios with periodic Treasury Reviews.
• Adheres to compliance requirements and completes training.
• Travel as needed to meet with customers/prospects.
• Annual evaluation based on profitability of RM portfolios.
• Reports exceptions to policy and pricing for approval.
