Job summary
WSFS Bank is seeking a Treasury Relationship Manager to provide treasury management sales support for Commercial, Retail, and other bank segments. You will manage commercial, municipal, and Not-For-Profit banking relationships with non-credit needs and coordinate with Commercial Relationship Managers to onboard new clients.
The role emphasizes delivering tailored treasury solutions, conducting reviews, and expanding treasury product adoption across portfolios while meeting compliance and travel
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years in financial services or banking.
- Prior sales experience with commercial and/or retail banking products.
- Knowledge of treasury management products and solutions required.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred or willingness to pursue.
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
- Excellent listening and strong sales presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within the bank footprint.
Responsibilities
- Sell treasury management solutions across Commercial and Retail divisions.
- Meet with customers to assess deposit, financial, and business needs.
- Prepare competitive proposals and treasury reviews.
- Identify opportunities to deliver treasury products and referrals.
- Collaborate with Commercial RM teams to onboard and retain clients.
- Monitor portfolios with periodic treasury reviews.
- Adhere to Compliance requirements and training deadlines.
- Report exceptions to policy and pricing.
