Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with extensive treasury management sales/consulting experience.
• Certified Cash Management (CCM) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred.
• Experience: 8–10 or 14–16 years in related roles, depending on seniority.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and cross-sell to sophisticated clients needing cash management and deposit products.
• Prepare market, product, and pricing strategies to grow market share and profitability.
• Own end-to-end client experience from deal development to onboarding and service handoff.
